We take great care in providing you, the customer, with accurate and detailed measurements in our sizing guides; however, we also recognize that issues can arise with some products.

All images on Impact Wallpaper are as accurate as possible. There may be slight color differences in some product images that are beyond our control.

We will not exchange or give refunds for items that have been used, damaged, or that have been soiled, or where the packaging has been damaged in any way or is missing any part of the original packaging. For faulty products, we offer a 14-day replacement warranty from the date you receive your product. We guarantee to bring you the highest level of customer service that we can provide. We want you to be happy with our products and services, and we will always endeavor to rectify any problems with a speedy resolution. We aim to provide you with the latest and best range of wallpapers available from our wholesalers around the world.

If your product is faulty in any way, we will replace it with an identical product. If we cannot replace the product, Impact Wallpaper will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value or providing you with a full refund for the total value of the faulty product.

If you wish to exchange your product for something of the same value, please include a self-addressed prepaid Australia Post satchel suitable for sending your replacement product in, or contact us to pay a second shipping fee. If no satchel is included with your return, we will assume you will contact us to pay a shipping fee and we will wait for your contact.

If you wish to return an order for reasons other than defects, sizing problems, or incorrect supply, a 15% restocking charge will apply.

Please note: Standard postage fees apply to all return orders. Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you at no charge within 2 working days if in stock, or within 5 working days from the date we receive the faulty product if we need to order it.

When returning your product, please make sure you provide the following details:

  • Your order number
  • Reason why you are returning the product
  • Your written instructions informing us how you would like the issue resolved

Please include the original order invoice you received with your product. This will help us with a speedy replacement of your transaction. Also, if you haven’t previously provided a contact phone number, please include this with your return. This will help us to quickly resolve the issue, should we need to contact you.

Policy for Returning Your Wallpaper

  • Product and manufacturer labels are still attached to the wallpaper
  • The product has not been used (except for sizing purposes)
  • The wallpaper has not been damaged, soiled, or washed
  • The wallpaper has not been altered or changed
  • The wallpaper is returned with the original receipt that was supplied to you
  • The wallpaper is in the original packaging provided; any damage to the package will not be accepted, e.g., torn or ripped
  • All accessories provided with the wallpaper are returned in original condition with packaging
